I'm essentially a lifelong resident of  Talbot County moving to Easton from Baltimore  in 1949.  My wife and I subsequently raised our daughter in the Easton area; and, for a while,  took great pleasure in seeing our two granddaughters follow suit.

I became a licensed real estate sales associate in March 1967 and obtained my real estate brokers license in 1970.  For over 32 years, our family operated our own independent real estate brokerage and appraisal company, Nily Realty, Inc.; specializing in the sale  and appraisal of estate properties in Talbot and surrounding counties.  We merged  our company with Champion Realty in February 1999 and have rapidly expanded our presence in the Mid Shore area.
